HOW TO BOOK THE VILLA STEP 1: First look at the availability calender to check if Casita Bonita in Competa is available for your chosen dates. STEP 2: Email or phone us to confirm availability. Please ensure that you state the dates of your expected arrival & departure dates, the number of people in the party, including children and any specific information you would like to know. Whilst we aim to keep the calendar up to date we may be holding dates as a provisional booking for someone. We aim to provide confirmation of availability within 24 hours. STEP 3: Once we have confirmed that your chosen dates are available we will email a booking form to you. If you want to book, complete the booking form and email it to us by return. The booking form confirms the number of guests, which bedrooms you wish to use and any special requirements. Once we have received the booking form we will hold a provisional reservation for 3 days whilst you check flights and arrange to send the deposit. STEP 4: Send the deposit for 25% either by cheque (pounds sterling) or by bank transfer (pounds sterling or Euros). STEP 5: Send the balance payment and security deposit 6 weeks before your arrival date. We will email a reminder closer to the time. Around 7-10 days before your departure we will send you an information pack containing directions, the key or details on where to obtain the key and some useful information on the area and things to do. You will also find an information pack in the house.
