WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE
The beds will be made with quality cotton bedlinen and a supply of towels, kitchen linens and beach towels left for you.
The house is cleaned and linens changed each week.

Your rental price is inclusive of all utility costs and an ample supply of logs is provided for the wood burning stove.

A welcome pack is provided. This includes a bottle of wine, water, milk, butter, bread, cheese & Jamon Serrano.
The kitchen cupboards are stocked with essential ingredients including tea & coffee and cleaning materials. However we do ask you to replenish what you use so that there is a supply for the next guests.
Should you have any problems at the house during your rental our local manager is on hand to sort things out. A phone number is provided at the house and their office is in the village. The office is manned by English and Spanish speakers.

NOTES TO THE RENTAL RATES:
Minimum rental period is one week.

Changeover day is Saturday during high season (July & August) but outside that period we try to be flexible.

To secure a booking a 25% deposit is required.
The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival date.

A £100 refundable security deposit is required, which should be sent with the balance payment. This is returned on your return home once the house has been checked by our local manager. To date all our visitors have taken good care of the villa and we have never had to make a deduction from the security deposit.

No pets allowed.

No smoking inside the house is allowed.
